Each team should comprise a maximum of three students. A member can be part of only one team. No change in the team structure is permitted after the team has registered, The event is open for students of MBA, PGDM, B.Tech , BBA, BCA, Participants must adhere to the timelines. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the above specifications will be automatically disqualified.Teams would cover Aaghaaz 2022 in their videos, edit and present the videos in form of movie. The short film can include text, images, photos, videos or any combination of these elements on Aaghaaz. The Video duration must be a minimum of 5 min and a maximum of 10 min. The decision of the organizers of the event and the panel of judges will be final and will be binding on all the participants. The video must not contain any nudity , otherwise offensive or inappropriate content.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Every team should comprises of 2-3 members each.
  2. Once the registration process will complete their would be no change and incomplete details or registration will automatically disqualified from the event participation.
  3. All content of the movie should be within college premises.
  4. Student would use their own camera or phones.
  5. The duration of the movie should be 5-10 mins.
  6. Every movie should be given a suitable title.
  7. Title will be a criteria for judging.
  8. All teams can start their recording from begining of event AAGHAAZ 2K22 upto the movie making event.
  9. The short film or video can include text, image, video, photos and any combination of Aagaaz 2022.
  10. The movie must not contain any nudity or offensive word and inappropriate language.
  11. The decision of winner will decided by our organisers of the event and the panel of judges and every participants to must have follow them.
  12. In case of tie their would be an interesting tie-breaker game.
